Open a University Checking Plus Account

ALLPOINT ATM: Notice to Cardholders of Member Institutions: If the surcharge screen appears during your Allpoint ATM transaction, press “yes” to accept the surcharge and proceed with your withdrawal. You will not be charged the surcharge or Allpoint will refund your money. Some locations may have more than one ATM, not all of which participate in the Allpoint network. Please make sure to check the ATM you are using for the Allpoint logo to ensure it is the correct one.

Open a University Savings Account

  • Minimum opening balance is $2500
  • Monthly service charge of $6 applies is daily average balance falls below $2500
  • Earns interest and offers tiers for higher earnings based on balance
Open a Money Market Account

  • Terms from one to five years
  • Fixed rate for the term
  • May receive interest by compounding
  • Minimum opening balance is $2500
  • 10 calendar day grace period at maturity
  • Interest is also available via internal transfer

Consumer Lending

  • Typically 15-year term with principal and interest payment throughout the term
  • Fees are cost of title, flood, credit report & AVM. With up to a $995.00 origination fee. (depends on loan amount)
  • Rates for these are Fixed and are 740 and above= 7.74%, 700-739=7.99% & 660-699=8.24%

  • 15-year term with a 5-year draw period and a 10-year repayment
  • Interest only payments during draw period and principal and interest during the repayment period
  • Fees are cost of title, flood, credit report & AVM. With a $250.00 origination fee

·       *Rates are based on score= 740 and above=P+1%, 700-739= P+2%, 660-699 P+3%.

  • Typically set up as 6-month temporary financing. Used typically to get the equity out of their existing home to purchase another home.
  • Interest-only payments (interest rate depends on credit score)*
  • Fees are cost of title, flood, credit report & AVM. With a 1% origination fee
