Ending Redlining in Ypsilanti
University Bank has a long history of involvement in Ypsilanti and is proud to have played a significant role in ending redlining in the community. We provided assistance in the form of low-down payment loans and mortgages to Ypsilanti residents who didn’t qualify under standard programs. Through our efforts, we put over $8,000,000 into the National Faith Homebuyers lending in Ypsilanti, covering over 100 homes.
Fostering Child Literacy in Ypsilanti
We are committed to making a positive impact on the community by fostering child literacy in Ypsilanti.
